The electric single seat regulating valve is a top guiding single valve seat regulating valve, which has the characteristics of simple structure, good sealing performance, large flow rate and reliable use. The electric single seat control valve is composed of an electric actuator and a single seat regulator. The electric actuator has a servo system. 4. The electric regulating valve is composed of two parts: an electric actuator and a regulating valve. The electric actuator has two kinds of straight stroke and angular stroke, which are combined with the straight stroke regulating valve and the quarter stroke regulating valve respectively. For example, the single seat regulating valve, the double seat regulating valve, the sleeve adjusting valve and the like are straight stroke regulating valves. V-type ball valves, butterfly valves, eccentric rotary valves, etc. are angular stroke regulating valves. Only a corresponding type of electric actuator and regulating valve can form an electric regulating valve.
5. The electric single-seat regulating valve adopts the cage sleeve guiding and single-seat sealing structure to achieve the iv-class leakage standard. The ZXGQ soft-sealed structural valve core reaches the iv-class leakage standard.
6. The valve body is designed according to the principle of fluid mechanics, and the underflow of the cross-section is restricted to a large range, and the inherent adjustable ratio is 50.
In the case of an electric single-seat control valve travel signal failure, the handheld communicator can be used for remote manual control, which can automatically switch between automatic and manual operation, which is very convenient. When the power supply fails, it can only be manually adjusted on-site to complete the adjustment process. Electric actuators generally have a manual operation, which is different from a pneumatic control valve, which is generally available with a handwheel mechanism.
