Double blocking and emission function

Automatic pressure relief function
When the temperature of the valve body cavity rises and the abnormal pressure rises, it is not necessary to pass the safety valve, but the valve seat function can automatically release the pressure, which is very important to ensure the safety of the valve when conveying the liquid medium.

Fire safety structure
The valves are equipped with fire safety functions and are designed and manufactured in accordance with API 607 and API 6FA specifications.

Sealed emergency grease injection
Due to the accidental failure of the seat seal due to foreign matter or fire in the medium, the grease valve provides a quick connection to the grease gun to quickly and easily inject the sealant into the seat seal to relieve leakage.

Reliable stem seal and low operating torque
In addition to the standard sealing ring, the “O” seal is also installed on the packing gland. The double seal ensures the reliability of the stem seal. The added graphite packing and sealant injection reduce the stem leakage after the fire. lowest. The stem sliding bearing and the thrust bearing make the valve easy to operate.

Full or reduced diameter
A full or reduced diameter structure can be selected as needed. The full-bore valve flow orifice diameter is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipeline to facilitate pipeline cleaning.

The stem can be lengthened
The valve stem can be lengthened depending on the installation or operation requirements. The extended rod ball valve is especially suitable for occasions where underground gas pipelines need to be buried. The length of the stem is determined according to customer needs.

Flexible operation
The use of valve seat and stem bearings with a small coefficient of friction and good self-lubrication greatly reduces the operating torque of the valve. Therefore, even in the case where the sealing grease is not provided, the valve can be operated flexibly and freely for a long period of time.

More drive methods, easy to achieve automatic control
The driving method is flexible, and the operation mode can be selected from manual, pneumatic, electric, gas-liquid linkage, hydraulic actuation, etc. as needed.
